FAQ

Short answers for common server, profile, leaderboard, and moderation questions.

Do I need an account to play?

Not always. Some servers allow guest play. A linked Player is required for durable public profile history and leaderboard placement.

How do I link my in-game driver?

Sign in with Discord on the website, open /link, generate a one-time code, then paste /link YOUR-CODE in BeamMP chat on a supported server. The server plugin consumes the code and links the driver or guest install you are actually using.

Where do I find servers?

Use the server list. It shows live status, maps, player counts, maintenance flags, and links to server detail pages.

Why is a server offline or in maintenance?

Servers can be restarted, updated, tested, or temporarily disabled. Maintenance and test labels come from the server configuration managed by staff.

Why are my stats missing?

Stats depend on supported servers reporting activity to Glonkworks and resolving that activity to your Player. Unlinked guest activity is not published as long-term profile or leaderboard data.

How do leaderboards work?

Leaderboards rank linked Driver Profiles by reported playtime, distance, and top speed. Weekly rankings are shown by default, with Daily, Monthly, and All Time views available.

Is in-game chat network-wide?

On supported servers, default BeamMP chat can be relayed across the Glonkworks network. Remote servers receive one copied line, the origin server keeps its normal local line, and centrally stored chat is available to staff for moderation.

What happens if I am muted, kicked, or banned?

Moderation actions can be server-specific or network-wide. Active enforcement may be synchronized to servers so staff decisions apply consistently.

Need staff help?

Use the community or staff channel associated with the server and include time, server, and player names.
